Abstract EN

The researcher in this study aimed to identify the extent of social awareness of Saudi youth for the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 and the social role of Saudi youth in achieving this vision and to identify the most important difficulties that Saudi youth may face in performing their social role in achieving the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 .This study was applied to a sample of Saudi youth, whose strength reached (842), by using the sample social survey method, and the researcher prepared a questionnaire to collect the data.

The results of the study showed that there is a degree of social awareness of Saudi youth for the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 represented in the vision’s interest in empowering Saudi women, basing its implementation on the efforts of young people of both sexes.

The results of the study also indicated that the social role of Saudi youth in achieving the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 is to Change the youth’s perception of professional work, the youth’s willingness to work in various fields, Work to raise youth awareness of social responsibility.

Among the difficulties that may limit the social role of Saudi youth in achieving Vision 2030 Lack of training of young people to endure the labour market, Weak interest in schools and universities to clarify Vision 2030, the weak educational outcomes for youth.

Among the mechanisms for activating the social role of Saudi youth in achieving Vision 2030 Empowering youth with leadership skills.

Support youth businesses and programs.

Financial and moral support for youth projects that are in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision.
