Abstract EN

The aim of the current study is to identify the extent to which university employees enjoy chaotic behavior.

The researcher adopted the descriptive approach in achieving her goals.

The number of sample members reached 55 university employees, who were chosen in a simple random way.

She adopted a scale (Al Sumaili, 2009) for chaotic behavior, the purpose of which is to measure chaotic behavior.

It became clear that the results of the study indicate that the employees have an average chaotic behavior and there are no statistically significant differences according to the nature of work (administrative, technical), as well as there are statistically significant differences according to the gender variable (males, females).
