Abstract EN

The aim of the study is to reveal the coefficient relation between the Asertiveness Positivity and the some variables among the secondary schools manigers in Diyala education directorate and on the defferance at level of the Asertiveness Positivity according to changes of sex service period , the research sample was cosenterate on the schools manigers in Diyala province, the size sample are 100 manigers( male and female) by rondom selection method,and after applied of the both instruments of the research on the research sample we reach thate the sample was enjoy in high level from the Asertiveness Positivity and fined thate the study reveal a direct relation stastically indicated between the Asertiveness Positivity and thers is no difference who have a statstcaly indication between the the schools manigersfollow the changes of the sex and service period.And according to the results which appears in this research the authers give some recommindations which are can use both research instruments in choosen the manigers of the secondary schools ,add to support of the cellebus defferent activities which are stimulate for the Asertiveness behavior and usfull by the manigers who enjoy in high levelfrom Asertiveness behavior to manage the defferent social activities in education directorate of Diyala province to form an example for others who enjoy in low level in Asertiveness.
