Abstract EN

The researcher aims to know the assessment for geographical skills from preparatory teachers' point of view.

Thesample of research includes 83 teachers who teach geography in preparatory grade in Al- Rafai Sector who have been chosen in intentional method.In order to achieve the aims of study , the researcher has prepared the way of research as a survey that contains 54 items which is divided into nine fields.

The survey is identified its validity and immutability.

To perform the aims of the research , the researcher uses descriptive method .The research represents teachers who teach in governmental schools in Al- Rafai Sector for Education ( 2020 / 2021 ) who represented ( 100 % ) of the study.

The results of the research shows that assessment of geographical skills in total fields is in the medium level.

The results also show that there are no differences that have statistical mark in practicing geographical skills according to gender.
