Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has The education sector in general, and higher education in particular.

As most of the universities and educational institutions affiliated with them forced to close their doors or to work in them intermittently, in order to preserve the safety of staff, teachers and students from infection with the dangers whose spread has become a terrifying situation for all.

Despite the importance of information technology and e-learning in university education, this education, represented by the Utilization of information and communication technology, has become a great burden and distress for the university professor and student at the same time, in light of the spread of the Corona virus.

It is known that the use of information technology in the educational process is not a new one today; Rather, it goes back to before (2000), as most universities in the Arab and Western world countries today use the so-called (learning management systems), but in light of the “Corona crisis” that the world is experiencing today; The Most university institutions have been led towards adopting e-learning, after which it is the most appropriate alternative to ensure the continuity of the educational process in universities And in order to reach to the goal of the current research, which seeks to: 1- Knowing the expectations of the future performance of university students by faculty members in light of the Corona pandemic.

2- Identifying the differences in the expectations of the future performance of university students by faculty members in light of the Corona pandemic, according to the gender variable.

The researcher chose a sample in a simple random way, amounting to (300) male and female teachers, by (150) male teachers, and (150) female teachers, from the colleges affiliated with the University of Baghdad (Al-Jadiriyah branch).

The researcher also built a scale to predict future performance of (18) items, and after extracting the validity and reliability coefficients, the scale consisted of (15) items.

After analyzing the answers of the research sample, the results of the research showed the following: 1.

There is a weakness in predicting the future performance of university students from the point of view of faculty members in light of the Corona pandemic.

There is no effect of the gender variable in the level of anticipating the future performance of university students from the point of view of faculty members in light of the Corona pandemic.
