Abstract EN

The research aims to know the effect of the analogical thinking strategy on the achievement and written communication of the fifth literary grade students in the subject of literature and texts.

The experimental design (with partial control) was chosen for two equal groups, one of them is experimental and the other is control.

The sample amounted to (61) students from two divisions (31) for the control group and (30) for the experimental group.

The researcher equalized between the two groups in the variables (Otis test - Lennon (intelligence) - previous achievement in Arabic language - written communication test).

The researcher prepared two tools for research The achievement test and the written communication test, and reached the following: The analogical thinking strategy was effective in increasing the acquisition of literature and texts within the limits of this study.
