تعتبر الأورام خارج العظام في القدم والكاحل من الآفات النادرة نسبيا.
وتعتبر في الغالب آفات حميدة.
ويتمثل التحدي الحقيقي في عدم تفويت الآفة الخبيثة.
قمنا بدراسة 16 ملاحظة لمرضى عولجوا من ورم في القدم والكاحل.
اختلفت الأعراض الأولية واستراتيجية العلاج وكذلك الدواعي الجراحية حسب النوع النسيجي للافة.
سمح لنا العلاج الجراحي بالحصول على نتائج جيدة دون تكرار مبكر للورم في جميع الحالات.
Abstract EN
Extra-osseous tumors of the foot and ankle are relatively rare lesions.
These are mostly benign lesions; and the real challenge is to never miss a malignant lesion.
We report 16 observations of patients who were treated for a tumor of the foot and ankle.
The initial symptomatology, the management strategy as well as the surgical indications varied according to the histological type of the lesion.
The surgical treatment allowed us to obtain good results without early recurrence in all cases.

Les tumeurs extra osseuses du pied et de la cheville constituent des lésions relativement rares.
Ce sont des lésions majoritairement bénignes ; et le vrai défi est de ne jamais passer à côté d’une lésion maligne.
Nous rapportons 16 observations de patients ayant été traités pour une lésion tumorale du pied et de la cheville.
La symptomatologie initiale, la stratégie de prise en charge ainsi que les indications chirurgicales étaient variables selon le type histologique de la lésion.
Le traitement chirurgical nous a permis d’obtenir de bons résultats sans récidive précoce dans tous les cas.
