The feelings of different social groups and classes have increased in these days about the danger of crime in Iraq society and its high rates .

The current studay aimed to identify the most important social factors affecting the commission of crime and the role of each of these factors in influencing individuals and pushing them to criminal delinquency .

Educational and psychological in the college of Heritage and Baghdad university for Human sciences lbn Rushd and Al-mustansiriya Unversity , the faculties of Arts and Education , and it was easy for me to distribute the questionnaires in the Unversities of Baghdad And AL-Mustansiriya my father being a teacher in the college of Education , al-Mustansiriya Unversity , in the Department of Arabic Language , The most likely and its percentage weight to the following results .
