Abstract EN

The scientific and technical developments in the field of communication and educational technology have resulted in the multiplicity and diversity of education functions and the increase of its powers, so that educational technology is at the top of the pyramid in controlling cognitive processes and the transfer and exchange of information and knowledge.

Educational educational platforms and their basic components, and how they contribute, in light of recent developments, to building knowledge societies.

The research community was identified from four Iraqi universities that are distinguished by that they include human departments (methods of teaching the Arabic language), namely (Baghdad, Al-Mustansiriya, Al-Iraqiya, and Diyala).

After extracting it from the research community, the percentage (50,25%) is (100).

The results of the study showed that Arab societies still do not realize knowledge societies, and they are in the process of building their information infrastructure, but are still consuming knowledge and have not been able to produce it yet.

There are many modern concepts that the Iraqi researcher was unable to grasp and know about, and there are many knowledge services available on internet pages that the Iraqi researcher could not possess sufficient information to use and benefit from their services.
