Through this study, we seek a contribution to determine the purpose of the question in the of Socrates' approach.

knowing that the genius of Socrates manifested itself in the question related to man, although the question generally reveals ignorance and a desire for knowledge, Socrates did not ask because he was ignorant, but pretended to be ignorant.

he sought to draw the path of knowledge for people, because he believed that they possessed knowledge, and he would help them to attain it.

this is initiated through his dialogue approach based on sarcasm and proliferation.

Nous cherchons a travers cette recherche a tenter de déterminer le but de la question posée par Socrate a travers sa méthode, car le génie de ce philosophe s'est manifeste dans la question liée a l'homme, et si cette dernière révèle généralement l'ignorance et le désir de la connaissance, Socrate ne demandait pas, il faisait semblant d'être ignorant, cherchant ainsi a tracer le chemin de la connaissance pour les gens, car il croyait qu'ils possédaient la connaissance, et qu'il les aidait a l'atteindre grâce a son approche dialogique basée sur le sarcasme et l'obstétrique.
