Abstract AR
هذا المقال مساهمة في البحث في واقع التكفل النفسي في الوسط المدرسي، لما تلعبه المدرسة من دور كبير في بناء شخصية التلميذ وتحسين قدرته على التكيف والنجاح، لذا من الطبيعي اعتبار هذا المكان ملائما لتقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية النفسية، من خلال الاهتمام بالمشكلات السلوكية والنفسية للتلاميذ.
وذلك بإجراء مقابلات مع مجموعة من الأخصائيات النفسانيات، للكشف عن المشكلات التي يعاني منها التلميذ في الوسط المدرسي وعن التكفل النفسي بهم.
وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود مشكلات مختلفة في الوسط المدرسي نفسية، اجتماعية، علائقية ومدرسية، كما أظهرت النتائج أن عملية التكفل موجودة لكن تحكمها عدة عوامل، أما تقنيات التكفل المستعملة فهي عديدة.
Abstract EN
This article is a contribution on the reality of psychological care in schools.
this is achieved through interviews with a group of psychologists to reveal the problems suffered by students in school environment and to know the types of psychological care provided.
the results showed the existence of various psychological problems among the students, which are social, relational and academic.
also, it is concluded that the care does exist, but it is governed by several factors and moreover its techniques are numerous.

Cette étude cherche a saisir la réalité de la prise en charge psychologique en milieu scolaire.
elle s'est faite grâce a des entretiens avec un groupe de psychologues, afin de révéler les problèmes dont souffrent les élevés dans le milieu scolaire et les soins psychologiques prodigues.
les résultats de l'étude ont montre l'existence de divers problèmes psychologiques chez les élevés, social, relationnel et scolaire.
ces résultats ont révèle aussi que la prise en charge existe, mais elle est régie par plusieurs facteurs, alors que les techniques de la prise en charge utilisées sont nombreuses.
