The aim of the current research is to reveal the administrative problems facing the school principal, and the research community consisted of (50) principals and principals of secondary schools equally distributed among the schools affiliated to the second baghdad karkh education directorate for the academic year 2020/2021, and the sample was determined according to the simple random method, and their number was (50) director and principal of secondary schools, and the researcher used the statistical bag (spss) to process data and extract results, and the results of the current research showed the weakness of the administrative level of secondary school principals in the field of decision-making and evaluation, while the field of planning and organization had a good level.
