Abstract EN

The research aimed to identify : the effect of analytical thinking skills in developing creative writing for fifth-grade scientific students.

the students of the fifth scientific grade in al-makasib high school for boys intentionally, there were two experimental groups that are taught according to analytical thinking skills, and the number of their members was (32) students, and the control group, which studies in the usual way, and the number of its members was (34) students, and the researcher made the appropriate equivalences for that chronological age, father's attainment, mother's attainment, and intelligence).

the researcher prepared a questionnaire in which the creative writing skills were collected from literature and previous studies, and it consisted of twenty skills, in the light of which the researcher built a test of creative writing skills, and it consisted of (20) essay questions.

the post test, and the appropriate statistical means for the research (chi-square, t-test, and pearson's correlation coefficient) were used, and the results were as follows : there is a statistically significant difference in favor of the experimental group over the control group that is studied according to the usual method at the level of significance (0.05).

in light of the results and their interpretation shown by the research, the researcher drew a set of conclusions, and developed a number of proposals and recommendations that benefit the educational community.
