leading to extremism., ways to confront this.

phenomenon and the role of the guide in that given the increasing state of extremism all kinds in the school community in particular, it has become necessary to study it to ensure stability in society, provide security and protect society from its damages, and educate families about the role of educational institutions in helping them prevent extremism.

in this research, the researcher followed the desk approach to identify the role of the educational counselor in reducing extremist behavior among middle school students.

in light of this, a set of recommendations and proposals were reached.
