Abstract EN

The current study aims to explore the relationship of the impact of the application of corporate governance mechanisms on improving the job performance of the organization, an applied study on one of the contracting companies (Redcon Construction Company), through an exclusive sample and a comprehensive survey of the company's leaders.

Where the study relied on the use of the descriptive analytical method, and the use of a measurement tool that was developed to comply with the objectives and hypotheses of the study in terms of examining the relationship of the impact of applying corporate governance mechanisms on improving the functional performance of the institution.

The results showed that there is a relationship shown by the results that the application of the principle of evaluation, fairness and justice, transparency, accountability, effectiveness, and participation contribute significantly to improving work performance and that the average responses in each of them can be considered an expression of opinion with approval that the application of these principles has a very big role in Improving the reality of work in the contracting sector The respondents were of the opinion that the application of the evaluation principle contributes to a very large degree and a higher percentage than the rest of the principles, but the principle of participation contributes to a relatively small degree in improving job performance in Redcon Development Company LLC.
