The present research aims to measure the impact of (cognitive methods) on the performance of fine arts institute students in the history of ancient Iraqi art.

the researcher decided to study it.

the construction of teaching plans for the subject of the history of ancient iraqi art.

the results of the search revealed the following the effectiveness the curricula the achievements of the students of the institute of fine arts teaching the subject of the history of ancient iraqi art, for the students of the experimental group.

which had a positive effect on cognitive achievement, to reaching the desired of results.
