This research and the one reported on the authority of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, and the adult women (80) are texts of short judgment as he was deliberate.

The researcher has to design a tool for data collection and analysis.

The researcher also used a number of statistical methods to analyze the results of the research.

The results of the research showed that the most prominent indicators of the psychological construction of a successful personality are : Dream, which came in a percentage (30%), followed by the trait of patience with a percentage (28.75), followed by the trait of firmness (11.25) and the establishment of friendships by a percentage (10%), seeking knowledge by a percentage (5%), tolerance at a percentage of (3.75), trust by a percentage (3.75), good manners by a percentage (3.75), humility by a percentage (1.25), and good manners by a percentage of (1.25) Measure with a ratio of (1.25), as well as politeness with a ratio of (1.25).

Based on the foregoing, the researcher identifies eleven traits inspired by the thought of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, as indicators of a successful personality.

The researcher recommends the necessity of including in the curricula in religious and academic education the spiritual and moral values contained in Nahj al-Balaghah to improve the psychological and cognitive building of young people following the guidance of the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him.
