The current research aims to evaluate teachers of social studies in primary schools / center in the general directorate of education in babil governorate, in light of comprehensive quality standards and institutional improvement from the point of view of school principals.

the researcher has prepared a tool for evaluating teachers in light of comprehensive quality standards.

its validity and reliability were confirmed according to the methodology of scientific research, and it was applied to the research sample of (250) managers and directors, and the data was processed using appropriate statistical means.

thus, the field of effective planning for the lesson obtained the highest weighted medium, while the field of organization and coordination in the implementation of the lesson and the field of leadership and guidance inside and outside the classroom is on the same weighted average, and in light of these indicators, we note that comprehensive quality standards are partially achieved by teachers of social studies.
