فيروس المتلازمة التنفسية الحادة الشديدة 2-SARS-CoV الذي يسبب Ä.COVID-l9uZD وهو مصنف في المجموعة الثالثة من حيث الخطورة والذي يمكن أن يسبب أعراضا سريرية متعددة ومضاعفات يمكن أن تكون قاتلة.
يجب مراعاة، من حيث المبدأ، أن خطر العدوى بهذا الفيروس هو نفسه لدى المريض المتوفى كما هو الحال لدى المريض الحي.
لذلك يجب توخي الحذر عند التعامل مع جثة المتوفى.
الهدف من عملنا هو مناقشة خصوصيات الإدارة والتعامل مع أجساد المرضى الذين ماتوا في المستشفى في سياق جائحة COVID-l9 وذلك من خلال الكشف عن المواقف المختلفة التي قد نوجهها.
نقوم ايضا بتفصيل الإجراءات التي يجب اتباعها فى حالة وفاة مريض مصاب بفيروس 2-S-CoV SAR في وحدة COVID-l9 او مريض يشتبه في إصابته بالفيروس في الاقسام الاخرى بالمستشفى، وأخيرا في حالة وصول شخص متوفى إلى غرفة الطوارئ في منشأة صحية.
Abstract EN
SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, is a pathogen classified in GR3 (risk group 3) which can cause polymorphic clinical symptoms and complications which can be fatal.
It should be considered, in principle, that the risk of contamination is the same in a deceased patient as in the living patient.
Therefore, care should be taken when handling the dead body.
The objective of our work is to discuss the particularities of management and handling of the bodies of patients who died in hospital in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, and this by exposing the different situations that may be encountered.
We detail the procedures to follow in the event of a patient infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus who dies in a COVID-19 unit, of a patient suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus who dies in another department of the hospital, and finally in the event of a deceased arrival in the emergency room of the health establishment.

Le SARS-CoV-2, le virus qui provoque le COVID-19, est un agent pathogène classé dans le groupe de risque 3 (GR3) pouvant provoquer une symptomatologie clinique polymorphe et des complications qui peuvent être fatales.
Il est à considérer, par principe, que le risque de contamination est le même chez un patient décédé que chez le malade vivant.
De ce fait, des précautions doivent être appliquées lors de la manipulation du corps du défunt.
L’objectif de notre travail est de discuter les particularités de gestion et de manipulation des corps de patients décédés en milieu hospitalier dans ce contexte particulier.
Nous détaillons les conduites à suivre en cas de patient infecté par le virus SARS-CoV-2 qui décède dans une unité COVID-19, de patient suspect d’être infecté par le virus SARS-CoV-2 et qui décède dans un service hospitalier, et enfin le cas d’une personne arrivée décédée aux urgences d’un établissement sanitaire.
