Abstract EN

School principals are exposed to life pressures that result in an imbalance in the work environment during the performance of their work, and that studying stressful life events for primary school principals may help to set criteria for selecting school administrations, especially those who possess sufficient skills to face these pressures in their daily and professional lives that they are exposed to in their daily pursuit.

In order to reach the desired educational goals, the problem of the study centered on identifying the stressful life events of primary school principals during their work from their point of view, through the adoption of a questionnaire that extracted the apparent validity and reliability of it, which amounted to (0.87), distributed to school principals and after processing the results.

Which was obtained statistically and that the arithmetic averages that were extracted for the three axes according to the answers of the study sample members about the stressful life events of the school principals are as follows : 1The first axis : (administrative tasks administrative matters of the Directorate of Education) that the paragraph (I feel disturbed at work caused by some regulations and instructions) got an average of (2.77), which is a great degree, while the paragraph (I feel that the many visits to the educational supervisor have the objective of recognition of my mistakes) on an arithmetic average of (1.10), which is a small score.

.2The second axis : (students - parents) that the paragraph (it annoys me about the lack of parents' interest in following up their children) got an average of (2.25), which is a high degree, while the paragraph (it annoys me about the interference of some parents in school affairs) got my average Its value is (1.24), which is a small degree.

.3The third axis : (the educational body) that the paragraph (the weak relationship between some students and teachers in the school causes me fatigue) I got an arithmetic average of (2.23) which is a great degree, while I got paragraph (31) (I feel exhausted when I try to solve the problems between Pupils and teachers) on an arithmetic average of (1.40), which is a small degree.

In light of the conclusions of the current study, the recommendations came as follows : .1 Conducting training courses for managers in order to know how to face, address and overcome stressful life events so that such pressures do not affect their performance level.

.2Providing modern means of communication, such as the Internet, in correspondence between the school and the Directorate of Education with school principals.

In light of the research results, the researcher suggests the following studies : .1Conducting a study on the performance level of school principals and its relationship to stressful life events.

Conducting a study on educational professional pressures and their relationship to job satisfaction among school principals.
