Abstract EN

The current research aims : 1- Recognizing the level of awareness of children's rights among kindergarten teachers in public and private kindergartens.

2- Identifying the difference in the level of optimization of child rights awareness among kindergarten teachers according to the kindergarten variable (government - private).

The current research was determined from kindergarten teachers affiliated to the Baghdad Education Directorate, Karkh, first, second and third, for the academic year (2021-2022), and the sample of the research consisted of (300) female teachers, from government and private kindergarten teachers, who were chosen in a simple random way, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher built The measure of awareness of the rights of the child, which consisted of (20) items according to the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and after applying the scale to the sample members, the research reached the following results : 1-Kindergarten teachers have a high degree of awareness of children's rights 2-There are differences in favor of government kindergarten teachers in awareness of children's rights.

In light of the results, the researcher developed a number of recommendations and suggestions.
