Abstract EN

This research aims to identify (building a program based on e-learning in building the speaking skills of fifth grade primary students) and also to know the extent to which students of the fifth grade of primary school have speaking skills in the light of programmed education.

to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach.

which is based on collecting data and answering its questions, as the tool was built from a questionnaire consisting of (20 paragraphs) distributed over three areas : the first area : the responsibility of the arabic language teacher and the development of conversation skills, the second area : the readiness of students to interact with the conversation, and the third area : the importance of conversation skill the research sample consists of (89) teachers in the arabic language, (94%) of the original research community, who were selected in a deliberate way.

the researcher prepared the research tool, which consisted of (20) paragraphs and showed the results of the research in building the skill of speaking, as the researcher reached a number of recommendations and suggestions.

1- the need for the attention of specialists in the arabic language of teachers, and supervisors with the skill of speaking as one of the skills of the arabic language.

2- holding training courses for primary school teachers to demonstrate the importance of speaking skills.

3 holding school competitions that help pupils develop speaking skills.
