This study This study aimed to identify the dimension of the Locus Control and its relationship to the level of performance of the football referees in the Jordanian professional league, where the researcher used the descriptive approach suits the nature of the study, and the study sample consisted of (31) the rule chosen way intentional, researcher has used the measure locus control and expressed and codified by Kazaleh and others (2012) component of (19) items and measure the performance of the referees level by reference to the assessment records approved in the Jordanian Football Association referees Department, has reached results of the study to the emergence of center after the internal control of the rulers of football in Jordan and that the majority of governors Football discern the good level of performance in addition to a function statistically correlation between the dimensions of the Locus Control and the level of performance of the football referees relationship, and was one of the most important recommendations to emphasize the psychological preparation in the preparation and rehabilitation of football referees in Jordan programs.
