Après cinq années de solides efforts d’assainissement budgétaire, le déficit budgétaire s’est de nouveau creusé en 2019 et la dette est demeurée élevée.
Depuis le début 2020, la COVID-19 a un impact considérablement négatif sur l’économie et a introduit un niveau élevé d’incertitude et de risque concernant ses perspectives.
