however, this requires, first of all, that insurance operations be executed in a modern way rather than the traditional method of carrying out contracts, by adopting the services of new technology such as electronic insurance contracts, and then by introducing new insurance products like insurance against electronic risks.

facing this modern situation, how does the Algerian state, represented by its legislator, intend to implement this new concept of insurance contracts?
