This study aims to shed light on the idea of the transmission of the established responsibilty of the fault to damage.

this is under the modern legislation witch ffell for the idea of fault aas a basiic for responsibility, so that this basic is no longer sufficient to achieve the fequired protection to the damaged part based on the defficulty to prov the fault, whereas fhe new legislation took the idea of the damage as a basic to responsability to fulfill the goal required: finding a balance that ensures the right of the damaged.
