The civil procedure code was somewhere incomplete and ambiguous with regard to defining procedures concerning the issue of forced execution of executive bonds and taking a long period of implementation, which has the effect of undermining the litigant’s confidence in justice, the Algerian legislator intervened to remedy some of those shortcomings and fill legal gaps by amending the provisions of the articles of the civil and administrative procedures law pursuant to order 08-09 dedicating the idea of legal security to litigants.
