The research paper presented an approach through which it addressed the objective reasons for the phenomenon of elaborate forgery of the check drawer's signature.

and after taking into account the different opinions about the drawee bank's responsibility when fulfilling a perfect forged check through the electronic clearing mechanism.

the study concluded that there is no liability for the drawee bank when its employees pay the required due diligence during conformity investigation of check’s signature with the standard signature deposited with it, by providing legal mechanisms that enhance the responsibility of each of the owner of the check deposited with a typical signature that is easy to forge, the bank presenting the check for collection and its client.
