This paper aimed to measure the effect of the competitive intelligence on achieving customer relationship management in a sample survey of 272 individual of Mobilis corporations in eastern provinces.

the field study concluded that the competitive intelligence has an extreme importance on achieving customer relationship management, given the strategy of the corporation in monitoring the competitor threats and competitive risks, and how does it deal with the costumer orientation and service them; the study resulted a significantly positive impact of the application of competitive intelligence on the level of customer relationship management at a level of 5% of significance.
