يستهدف البحث الحالي تعرف:(المقبولية لدى المرشدين التريويين، دلالة الفروق في المقبولية لدى المرشدين التريويين على وفق متغير النوع إذكور - إناث).
ولغرض تحقيق أهداف البحث الحالي قام الباحث ببناه مقياس المقبولية معتمدا على نظرية كوستا و,.macCrae$(Sl& costa ,(1992) والذي تألف بصيغته النهائية من ( ٣٦ ) فقرة، بعد استكمال شروط الصدق والشأت وتمييز الفقرات.
ويلغ معامل الشأت للمقياس بطريقة إعادة الاختبار (0.70) وبلغ معامل الشبات بطريقة الفا- لكرونباخ(0.73).
ويتحدد البهث بالمرشدين التريوبين في مديريات التريية لمحافظة بغداد للعام الدراسي ٢٠٢٠/ ٢٠٢١، وبتألف مصمع البحث من ١٤٦٩) مرشدا ومرشدة بواقع ٥٠٨) مرشد تريوي و ٩٦١ ) مرشدة تريوية، واختيرت عينة البعث بالطريقة العشوائية بنسبة ٢٥ ) من المجتمع الأصل فبلغ عدد إفراد عينة البحث ( 4OO ) مرشدا ومرشدة، بواقع ( 160) مرشد تريوي و (240 ) مرشدة تريوية، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث طبق الباحث المقياس على عنه البحث، حللت البيائات باستخدام الحقيبة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية في معالجة البيائات (SPSS)، وأظهرت النتائج ان المرشدون التريويون يتمتعون: المقبولية ويتفوق الإناث على الذكور في المقبولية.
وطبقا للنتائج التي توصل إليها البحث قدمت بعض التوصيات والمقترحات.
Abstract EN
The current research aims to identify :Admission of educational counselors ،The significance of differences in admissibility of educational counselors according to the variable type (male - female.
In order to achieve the objectives of the current research، the researcher built the admissibility measure، which consisted of final form (36) paragraph، after completing the conditions of honesty and consistency and discrimination of paragraphs.
The coefficient of stability of the scale was the retest method (0.70) and the stability coefficient was α-Lkronbach (0.73).
The research community consists of (1469) mentors and guides (508) educational guides and (961) educational guides.
The sample was randomized by (25%) of the original society.
The results of the research sample were (400) guides and guides، (160) educational guides and (240) educational guides.
Data (SPSS).
The results showed that educational counselors enjoyed: Acceptability and superiority of females over males in admissibility.
According to the findings of the research، some recommendations and suggestions.
