Abstract EN

The research was limited to kindergarten teachers in the city of Baghdad (Rusafa II) for the academic year (2019-2020).

The research sample consisted of (70) teachers of kindergarten teachers affiliated to the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad / Karkh third.

As for the research tools, the researcher adopted ready-made standards, which are The self-efficacy scale prepared by (Allawi, 2016) consisting of 23 items, and the social tolerance scale prepared by (Ismail, 2021) consisting of (15) items, and the validity and reliability of both scales were confirmed.

High self-efficacy and social tolerance, and there is a positive correlation.

In light of this, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggested conducting subsequent studies to complement the research.
