Abstract EN

This research aims to know the effectiveness of teaching with a proposed strategy according to the Common Knowledge Construction Model in achievement among second-grade students in the middle school in mathematics.

The two researchers adopted the experimental method, as he used the experimental design of two independent and equal groups with a post test of achievement.

The experiment was applied to a sample consisting of (83) students divided into two groups: an experimental group comprising (42) students and a control group comprising (41) students, from the second grade students.

The average, from Badr Shaker Al-Sayyab Intermediate School for Boys, for the first semester of the academic year (2021-2022), the two groups were rewarded in four variables (chronological age calculated in months, previous achievement in mathematics, intelligence test, and previous information test in mathematics).

The research tool, in the achievement test in mathematics, was built, and its validity and reliability were verified, and it was acceptable, and the coefficients represented of difficulty, discrimination, and the effectiveness of the wrong alternatives (objective paragraphs) of the achievement test were found, and they were all acceptable as well.
