Praise be to God, and prayers and peace be upon his Prophet and his chosen one, and on those who followed him until the Day of Judgment, and after : This research talks about modern criticism when the great imams early critics, and comparing their work to the work of hadith scholars jurists and the people of assets, by comparing the method of the two imams Abu Hatim and Abu Zarah in the book of ills and between the scholars of hadith jurists and the people of assets on the basis of (accepting increased confidence at all).

The research plan was divided into two sections, the first : it was in the statement of the concept of increasing confidence and its rule when the imams.

The second was examples of the work of the two Imams Abu Hatim and Abu Zara'a.

One of the most prominent results is, first, that the work of the early critical imams cannot be subject to a fixed rule, so we see them accepting the increase, returning it, and sometimes silent, and this violates the rule of accepting it at all.

Second : The criticism of the critical imams is subject to evidence and data, which is based on full knowledge of the conditions of the narrator and the novel.
