Abstract EN

The research aimed to identify the degree of soft skills, and what is the relationship between gender, specialization, and scientific title among university teachers.

the research amounted to (200) male and female teachers at Al Mustansiriya University, they were chosen by the stratified random method with a proportional distribution, and after data collection and statistical processing using the (Spss) program, the research reached the following results : the teachers of Al-Mustansiriya University possess a good degree of soft skills.

there are no statistically significant differences according to the variables (gender, specialization, scientific title).

based on these results, the researchers presented a set of recommendations and suggestions.
