Abstract EN

This study aims to explain the phonetic presumption and their effect on meaning, and the connection between the sound and the meaning can be observed clearly, that is, between the sound, which is the first aspect of the language and its starting point.

And the meaning which is the last of it, and its aim is that when the sounds are the manifestation of the language, and the means of its performance, they are not used haphazardly and are not pronounced arbitrarily.

Rather, this must occur according to a special system in which the verbal chain is organized; so that these sounds are indicative and expressive of purpose and meaning.Since the sounds are the first phenomenon of the linguistic event, or they are the basic building blocks that make up the language, and the language is nothing but a series of successive sounds, or gathered into larger units; a detailed study of a language requires an analytical study of its basic material, or of its constituent elements.

It also requires the study of its phonemic groupings, and these groupings can be observed, and the meanings they produce on the word, which is the main unit in the formation of the sentence; therefore, it was necessary to call those sound vectors that direct the meaning (phonetic presumption), which is the purpose of what we are looking for in this research.
