هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية الوكيل التربوي على التحصيل الدراسي في مادة العلوم لدى طلبة المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة جرش، حيث تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي على مجموعة مكونة من (76) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الصف الثاني بطريقة قصدية، وتم توزيعها بشكل عشوائي إلى (38) طالبا وطالبة للمجموعة التجريبية الأولى وتم تدريسها باستخدام الوكيل التربوي، (38) طالبا وطالبة للمجموعة التجريبية الثانية وتم تدريسها بنفس المحتوى لكن دون وجود وكيل تربوي، تم تطبيق الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2021- 2022م وبالاستعانة باختبار تحصيلي.
خلصت الدراسة الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات طلبة المجموعتين التجريبيتين في الاختبار البعدي لصالح المجموعة التجريبية الأولى.
وبناء على هذه النتائج تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات والاقتراحات منها توظيف الوكيل التربوي في التعليم بطريقة مدروسة.
English Abstract
The current study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of the pedagogical agent on academic achievement in science among students of the basic stage in Jerash governorate, where the quasi-experimental approach was used on a group of (76) male and female students in the second grade in an intentional manner, and they were randomly distributed to (38) male and female students for the experimental group one, and they were taught using the pedagogical agent, (38) male and female students for the experimental group two, and they were taught with the same content, but without the presence of a pedagogical agent, and the study was applied in the first semester of the 2021–2022 academic year, using an achievement test.
the study concluded that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental groups in the post test in favor of the experimental group one.
based on these results, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented, including the employment of the pedagogical agent in education in a studied manner.
