Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة تقصي علاقة درجة ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية لدى مديري المدارس بالتواصل الفعال من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية في لواء الشونة الجنوبية، و قد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة عدد أفرادها (467) معلما و معلمة من مجتمع الدراسة، و استخدم المنهج الوصفي، كما تم تطوير استبانة الشفافية الإدارية و التواصل الفعال، و من أبرز نتائج الدراسة، ما يلي : أن درجة ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية و درجة التواصل الفعال لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية مرتفعة، و تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في تقديرهم لدرجة ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية و التواصل الفعال لدى مديري المدارس تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الإناث، و لمتغير المؤهل العلمي و لصالح البكالوريوس، و عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة في تقديرهم لدرجة ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية و التواصل الفعال لدى مديري المدارس باختلاف يعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة.

و أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية دالة إحصائيا بين درجة ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية لدى مديري المدارس و درجة التواصل الفعال لدى مديري المدارس و في ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم العديد من التوصيات من أبرزها زيادة مشاركة العاملين في عملية صنع القرارات المتعلقة بهم و عقد و رش للتوعية بدليل الخدمة المدنية.

English Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the relationship of the practice of administrative transparency among school principals to effective communication from the point of view of public school teachers in the Southern Shouneh District.

A simple random sample of (467) male and female teachers was selected from the study community.

The descriptive correlative approach was used, and a questionnaire was developed for administrative transparency and effective communication.

The tool’s validity and stability were verified, and among the most prominent results of the study are the following: The degree of practicing administrative transparency and the degree of effective communication among school principals from the point of view of public school teachers is high, and it was found that there are statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study sample members about the degree of practicing Administrative transparency and effective communication among school principals is attributed to the variable of gender in favor of females, and to the variable of educational qualification in favor of the bachelor's degree, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study sample members about the degree of practicing administrative transparency and effective communication among school principals according to the variable years of experience.

The results showed a positive, statistically significant correlation between the degree of administrative transparency among school principals and the degree of effective communication among school principals In the light of the results of the study, several recommendations were made, notably increasing the participation of workers in decisionmaking and holding awareness-raising workshops on the Civil Service Manual..
