Arabic Abstract
تناولت الدراسة بالعرض والتأصيل موضوع الضوابط القانونية لتشغيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وفق أحكام قانون العمل الأردني، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستعرض الفصل الثاني ماهية الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وحقهم في العمل والفصل الثالث الذي بين حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والتزامات رب العمل، وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: يعد الحق في العمل إحدى الركائز الأساسية لتحقيق الأمن النفسي والاجتماعي، والأسري ومن خلاله يتم توفير متطلبات الحياة، وقد كفل الدستور الأردني حق العمل للجميع وكذلك التشريعات الأردنية الناظمة لذلك، ولم يتناول المشرع الأردني مفهوما للإعاقة واقتصر على بيان معنى الشخص المعوق، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اشراك الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في جميع القضايا التي تتعلق بالعمل والصحة والتعليم والتأهيل والمعيشة في المجتمع.
English Abstract
The study dealt with presentation and rooting the issue of legal controls for the employment of persons with disabilities in accordance with the provisions of the Jordanian Labor Law, the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the second chapter reviewed the nature of persons with disabilities and their right to work and the third chapter, which explained the rights of persons with disabilities and the obligations of the employer, and the study concluded with a sentence Among the results were the most prominent: The right to work is one of the main pillars for achieving psychological, social, and human security, and through it the requirements of life are provided.
The Jordanian constitution has guaranteed the right to work for all, as well as the Jordanian legislation governing this.
The disabled.
The study recommended the need to involve persons with disabilities in all issues related to work, health, education, rehabilitation and living in society.
