Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر تكاليف المحاسبة السحابية على الأداء المالي في البنوك الأردنية، واستخدمت الدراسة التكلفة التي تم انفاقها على البرامج والتطبيقات كمؤشر على المحاسبة السحابية وتم استخدام العائد على الأصول والعائد على حقوق الملكية وهامش الربح الصافي وهامش الربح الإجمالي كمؤشرات على الأداء المالي للبنوك عينة الدراسة، كما تم تحديد حجم البنك ونسبة الرافعة المالية ونسبة السيولة كمتغيرات ضابطة.
وتم تجميع البيانات المتعلقة بهذه المتغيرات لعينة الدراسة المكونة من (16) بنكا أردنيا منها (13) بنك تجاري و(3) بنوك إسلامية خلال الفترة من 2015 إلى 2021، حيث بلغ عدد المشاهدات (112) مشاهدة وتم استخدام تحليل الانحدار الخطي المتعدد لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أنه يوجد أثر لتكاليف المحاسبة السحابية على الأداء المالي في البنوك الأردنية، حيث كان الأثر إيجابيا ومعنويا على مؤشرات الأداء المالي والمتمثلة في العائد على الأصول (ROA) والعائد على حقوق الملكية (ROE) وهامش الربح الصافي (NPM) وهامش الربح الإجمالي (GPM) و أوصت الدراسة بتشجيع البنوك لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي والأخذ بتطبيقات المحاسبة السحابية.
English Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the impact of cloud accounting costs on the financial performance of Jordanian banks.
The cost of programs and applications were used as proxy for cloud accounting cost.
And the return on assets, the return on equity, the net profit margin, and the gross profit margin were used as indicators of the financial performance of the study sample banks.
The size of the bank, the financial leverage ratio, and the liquidity ratio were determined as control variables.
The data was collected from 16 Jordanian Banks (13) of which was commercial banks and (3) were Islamic banks for the period 2015 to 2021.
The total observations were (112) Bank-year observations.
Multiple Linear regression was used to test the hypotheses.
The main result of this study was; there is an impact of cloud accounting costs on the financial performance in Jordanian banks, as well as there is a positive and significant impact on financial performance indicators Presented by return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), net profit margin (NPM) and gross profit margin (GPM).
The study recommended encouraging banks to keep pace with technological development and adopt cloud accounting applications
