Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين درجة ممارسة نمط القيادة الخادمة ومستوى الميزة التنافسية في المدارس الخاصة في لواء الجامعة في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين.
استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 370 معلما ومعلمة من مدارس التعليم الخاص في لواء الجامعة.
وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الخادمة بأبعادها الخمسة (التمكين، والتصرف بأخلاق، مساعدة المرؤوسين على التطور، التواضع، وتطوير المجتمع) لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة ومستوى الميزة التنافسية بأبعادها الأربعة (الجودة، الموارد المادية، الموارد البشرية والاستجابة لمتلقي الخدمة التعليمية) بشكل عام مرتفعة من وجهة نظر المعلمين.
كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن العلاقة بين درجة ممارسة القيادة الخادمة ومستوى الميزة التنافسية طردية ومرتفعة، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة يوصى بممارسة نمط القيادة الخادمة في المدارس الخاصة والحكومية لزيادة مستوى الميزة التنافسية للمدارس.
English Abstract
This study aimed to reveal the relationship between the degree of practicing the servant leadership style and the level of competitive advantage in private schools in the university district in the capital Amman governorate from the teachers' perspective.
the researcher used the descriptive correlational method, and a simple random sample of 370 male and female teachers from private schools in the university district was chosen.
the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study.
the results of the study showed that the degree of practicing servant leadership in its five dimensions (empowerment, behaving ethically, helping subordinates to develop, humility, and community development) among private school principals and the level of competitive advantage in its four dimensions (quality, material resources, human resources, and response to educational service recipients) in general high from the teachers' perspective.
the results of the study also showed that the relationship between the degree of practicing servant leadership and the level of competitive advantage is positive and high.
based on the results of the study, it is recommended to practice servant leadership in private and public schools to increase the level of competitive advantage for schools.
