Abstract AR
Abstract EN
The emerging infection by the new generation of Coronavirus in its form of COVID-19, did not cease until the new year 2022, to flow the ink of writers, different specialists in medicine, scientists of different fields, but and especially of ethicists and lawers in particular as regards the ethical impact and possible transgression of humain rights lefting by this disease.
In this article, we will try to outline the important ethical considerations relating to the COVID-19 pandemic and particularly in Tunisia.
For this, we have chosen to deal with the ethical issues relating to the declaration, treatment, vaccination and death resulting from this disease.
Finally and for convenience, we have deliberately excluded the problematic medical liability issues that have been discussed in a separate article.
