Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة الخادمة من وجهة نظر المعلمين في لواء القويسمة، والبالغ عددهم (7517) معلما ومعلمة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (378) معلم ومعلمة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة مكونة من (47) فقرة موزعة على ثمانية مجالات: (التمكين، التواضع، الإيثار، مساعدة المرؤوسين على التطور والنجاح، الالتزام بتطوير المجتمع، التصرف بأخلاق، الثقة، الرؤية) بعد أن تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الآتي: أن تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة ممارسة القيادة الخادمة لدى مديري المدارس من وجهة نظر المعلمين في لواء القويسمة بشكل عام جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، وجاء مجال التصرف بأخلاق في المرتبة الأولى بينما جاء مجال مساعدة المرؤوسين على التطور والنجاح في المرتبة الأخيرة.

وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول درجة ممارسة القيادة الخادمة لدى مديري المدارس باختلاف متغيرات الجنس والسلطة المشرفة وسنوات الخبرة على جميع المجالات وعلى الدرجة الكلية وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة فقد أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة توصيات من أبرزها: تطوير برامج تدريبية وورشات عمل مشتركة لكل من مديري المدارس ومعلميها وذلك لتطوير مهاراتهم القيادية وتنمية معارفهم حول ماهية القيادة الخادمة وآلية توظيفها في العملية التربوية التعليمية.

English Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the degree to which school principals practiced of servant leadership, from the teachers' point of view.

They were in Qwesmeh district, and numbered 7517 male and female teachers.

The study sample consisted of 378 male and female teachers, and the descriptive survey method was used.

The questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, consisting of 47 items distributed over 8 areas (empowerment, humility, altruism, helping subordinates to develop and succeed, commitment to community development, behaving with morals, trust, vision) after veryfiying its validity and stability.

The results of the study showed that the estimation of the study sample members about the degree of school principals' practice of servant from the teachers' point of view in Qweismeh district in general came to a medieum degree; the field of ethical behavior came in the first place, while the field of helping subordinates to develop and succeed in the last place.

The results of the study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the responses of the study sample members about the degree of servant leadership practice among school principals according to the variables of gender, supervisory authority and years of experience in all fields and on the total degree.

In light of the results of the study, the study suggested a set of recommendations.The most important of which was developing training programes, joint training programs and joint workshops for school principals and teachers in order to develop their leadership skills and develop their knowledge about the nature of servant leadership and the mechanism of its use in the educational process.
