Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة المهارات القيادية اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات من قبل مديري المدارس في لواء قصبة مأدبا من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة عدد أفرادها (405) معلما ومعلمة من مجتمع الدراسة، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما تم تطوير استبانة المهارات القيادية اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات، ومن أبرز نتائج الدراسة، ما يلي: أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للمهارات القيادية اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات في لواء قصبة مأدبا من وجهة نظر المعلمين مرتفعة، بشكل عام حيث جاءت بدرجة (مرتفعة) بمتوسط حسابي (3.93) وانحراف معياري (0.66) ترتيب المجالات الفرعية على النحو التالي: جاء مجال (المهارات القيادية في مرحلة ما بعد الأزمة) بالمرتبة الأولى، يليها مجال (المهارات القيادية في مرحلة حدوث الأزمة)، وجاء في المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة مجال (المهارات القيادية في مرحلة ما قبل الأزمة).

وتبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للمهارات القيادية اللازمة لإدارة الأزمات في لواء قصبة مأدبا من وجهة نظر المعلمين تعزى لمتغيري الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولصالح البكالوريوس.

وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم العديد من التوصيات من أبرزها تدريب مديري المدارس على إجراء مسحا شاملا لبيئة المدرسة الداخلية والخارجية لتقصي الإشارات المبكرة لاحتمال حدوث أزمة، وزيادة حرص مديري المدارس على وضوح قراراتهم المتخذة في موقف الأزمة لكافة العاملين.

English Abstract

The study aimed to reveal the degree of leadership skills necessary for crisis management by school principals in the Kasbah of Madaba from the teachers' point of view.

A questionnaire about leadership skills necessary for crisis management, and among the most prominent results of the study, the following: The degree of school principals' practice of leadership skills necessary for crisis management in the Kasbah of Madaba district from the teachers' point of view is high, in general, as it came to a (high) degree with an arithmetic mean (3.93) and a standard deviation (0.66) The arrangement of the sub-domains is as follows: The field (leadership skills in the post-crisis stage) came first, followed by the field (leadership skills in the stage of the crisis), and the field (leadership skills in the pre-crisis stage) came in the third and last place .

It was found that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree to which school principals practiced leadership skills necessary for crisis management in the Kasbah of Madaba from the teachers' point of view due to the variables of gender and years of experience, and there were statistically significant differences due to the educational qualification variable and in favor of the bachelor's degree.

In light of the results of the study, many recommendations were made, most notably the training of school principals to conduct a comprehensive survey of the school’s internal and external environment to investigate early signs of a possible crisis, and to increase school principals’ keenness on the clarity of their decisions taken in the crisis situation for all employees.
