Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة الريادة المؤسسية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في لواء قصبة عمان، وقد اتبعت المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (384) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الحكومية في لواء قصبة عمان، وتم تطوير استبانة تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها.
وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة الريادة المؤسسية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في لواء قصبة عمان جاءت مرتفعة، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى الى متغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي)، في حين هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة ممارسة الريادة المؤسسية من قبل مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء قصبة عمان باختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة على جميع المجالات وعلى الدرجة الكلية ولصالح الخبرة أقل من 5 سنوات.
وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطبيق الريادة المؤسسية وممارستها من قبل مديري المدارس داخل المدارس لتحقيق الأهداف التعليمية القابلة للتطبيق والتعديل والقياس، بالإضافة إلى وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية بحيث تكون مرنة؛ للوصول إلى أفضل المخرجات التعليمية؛ وذلك من خلال إشراك جميع الإدارات وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلبة، وعمل ورشات تدريبية داعمة للريادة المؤسسية في المدارس.
English Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the degree of institutional leadership practice to the principals of public schools from the point of view of teachers in the Kasbah of Amman district, it has followed the descriptive approach, the study sample consisted of 384 male and female public school teachers in the Kasbah of Amman district As available sample, furthermore a questionnaire was completed and its validity and reliability were confirmed.
The results of the study showed that the degree of institutional leadership practice among government school principals from the teachers point of view in the Kasbah Amman district is high.The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variables (gender, educational qualification).While there are statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of the degree of institutional leadership practice among government school principals in the Qasbah Amman district.according to the variable years of experience in all fields and on the total degree, in favor of less than 5 years.
The study recommended the necessity of applying and practicing the institutional leadership by school principals to achieve applicable educational goals, modification and measurement, in addition to developing strategic plans to be flexible to reach the best educational outcomes, by involving all departments, faculty members and students, and conducting training workshops in support of institutional leadership.
