He is the judge, Abd al Muqtadir ibn Mahmoud ibn Sulaiman al-Shuraihi, alKindi al-Dahlawi, born in Delhi in the year 701 AH.

And his poem( Lamiya of India ) is the largest evidence of his artistic ability to Organize poetry.

It is a long poem of 91 verses of eloquent Arabic poetry.
