This research sheds light on a great scholarly personality; collecting its news and explaining its efforts in hadith sciences.

it is the Musned of the Middle Maghreb by Abd Allah Abd al-Qadir Saqqat al-Mashrifi al-Maskari al-Jazaery (1280 AH).

he was the legal counsel of prince Abd al-Qadir al-Jazaery, the superior judge at his state, and a follower of Abu Ras al-Maskari.

the research aims to gather scattered news about his life, trips, heritage, and scientific licenses, by tracing and extrapolating books of history, biographies, trips, and indexes, record of teachers and what has been found from his manuscript Ijzas in order to provide a clear image of that great Musned who was unknown to his people as Imam al-Kittani Said.

key results: Abd al-Qadir Saqqat al-Musned was a great scholar who roamed the east and the west for seeking knowledge from the great scholars of his time and got high certificates (Ijzas) from them which refer to his rank and genius.

he was genius at many branches of knowledge that lead him to assume high posts and has high esteem.

in addition to the abovementioned results, i urges all scholars to be active for tracing his lost heritage and seeking about his books and Ijzas to concentrate on his scientific efforts and explaining them for latest generations.
