The jurisprudence of calamities is one of the most important and difficult branches of jurisprudence.

It is here that competence in jurisprudence and the refinement of ijtihad appear, and only for those who have reached the first rank of knowledge and understanding, in addition to the danger of signing in the name of God, and the thing that scholars fear most is falling into traps and dangers.

Throughout history, Moroccan scholars have excelled in this art, as their books and works in this chapter attest.

Among these modern figures of the era is the scholar Dr.

Muhammad Al-Taweel, who was very interested in the jurisprudence of contemporary issues, which were characterized by rationality and realism, far from illusion and hypothesis.

All these are raised in some of his books.

The purpose of this research is to take advantage of his method and the extent of his development and investment, hoping to get a correct understanding of some of the calamities that occur in the era in which we live.
