Abstract EN

The study attempted to clarify the intentional dimension of the Takaful insurance contract, and to reveal its suitability for the purposes and faculties of Islamic law, as it is one of the most important means that work to provide protection and security for Islamic financial institutions, and to overcome their dangers according to the legitimate ways to save money and protect it from a legal perspective.

From this point of view, the study concluded that the Takaful insurance contract does not conflict with the general principles and purposes of Islamic law, which endorsed the principle of cooperation and solidarity, and urged the preservation of money and its protection from damage and loss, in order to achieve the legitimate interests that preserve the necessary purposes.
