Sexual abuse is extremely widespread in the current era, foremost among which is adultery, rape, and incest as newspapers daily report shocking inci dents that destroy hearts and pervade souls with grief, anxiety, and fear due to their negative effects and dire consequences on the individual, the family, and society as a whole.

The crime of adultery, in fact, is not a product of modern societies, rather it has a very long history, as it was not permissible or free of punishment in one of the previous societies, yet the degree of punishment was linked to society's view to this scourge on the one hand, and the circumstances surrounding the adulterer and their sex on the other hand.

This is a matter that can be observed by tracing the historical development of this dangerous dilem ma, understanding its consequences and effects, and knowing its jurisprudential judgements, especially what entails the two parties involved in this relationship and the offspring that may result from it.
