Abstract EN

This study is aimed to identify the Teacher's Physical and Professional Rights by answering the main question is : What is the Degree of Availability of Teacher's Rights of Physical and Professional for Basic and Secondary Education.

The study is also aimed to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences in the degree of availability of the teacher's rights of the physical and professional due to the variable of gender, Academic qualification and years of experience.

In order to achieve the study goals a descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study sample consisting of 1392 male and female teachers all over the educational services at Zliten City.

The study concluded a set of results such as : There are no statistically significant differences (a ≤ 0.05) between the attitudes of male and female teachers in the degree of physical and professional rights from the teachers' viewpoints due to the variable of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience.

The degree of availability of the physical teacher's physical rights from the primary and secondary education stages' teachers' viewpoints were found to be medium, and the degree of availability of the teacher's professional rights for the basic and secondary education stages at Zliten City was weak, while the general average of the degree of availability of both physical and professional rights for teachers of the basic and secondary education stage was weak.
